How long does attribution last?
60 days from the click. If someone clicks your link and signs up any time in the next 60 days, the referral is yours — and you earn on their payments for up to 12 months from their first purchase.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, via Stripe, directly to your bank account. The payout minimum is $50 — anything below that rolls over to the next month. You connect your own Stripe account during onboarding, so payouts are automatic.
What happens if a referral refunds?
Longbow offers a 30-day guarantee, so commissions are held for a 14-day refund window before they mature. If a payment is refunded inside that window, the commission for that payment doesn't pay out. Matured commissions are yours.
